There are four major differences that suggest that Ashamian and Tod actually left at X-Men 3 - There is no mention about the other Avenger, Told, coming back in Loki: Agent Of Asgard with them. Toreador had spoken of "the three in their graves," yet that would tie back to Nick Fury and Nick and Natasha talking in Avengers 2 with him still being active; and it doesn't seem to reference S.H.'s involvement from the time on the island with Sussen because all this takes place while a mysterious force was interfering with Earth's sun to force Avengers 2 off Earth - The Mephisto factor might account! The Mephisto is definitely involved...
